HP Scitex bring new trio to market

Along with its sheetfed and webfed inkjet printers HP is also continuing to innovate in the wide format printing sector, where it remains market leader with a broad range of solutions, to which three more were added at Ipex.

The company says its new Scitex FB500 UV flatbed printer features a 163-cm print width and optional white ink capabilities and allows remote monitoring via the HP embedded web server and an onboard camera. HP’s new Scitex TJ8600 features full and selective gloss print modes with new HP TJ210 Scitex Inks with applications for most fleet graphics and point-of-purchase applications, according to HP.

The new HP Designjet Z5200 PostScript Printer made its debut at IPEX. Aimed at small commercial print businesses interested in entering the large-format market, the 112-cm printer includes new HP Instant Printing Pro software for file preparation and automating production tasks. It is compatible with new ColorPro papers.

The company says that the LEC-330 has 1440dpi print resolution, white inks and the ability to work with practically any coated or uncoated stock or substrate up to 1.3mm thick.

Roland’s AdvancedJet AJ-740i grand format printer was also on the stand. Roland says this printer produces six colour CMYK+LcLm graphics on both coated and uncoated media.

Project Showcase - Pepsico International

Pepsico was planning an event in a hotel in Macau. Our T3 airframe system was introduced to Pepsico, with magnet-on die cut Forex board graphics, the set-up was done swiftly and was able to be packed flat for shipment just as fast. The set up was to be done from midnight and be ready in the morning for conference.

Two of our staffs from Singapore flew over to Macau to do the set up and provide project management.

Do you know Promode provides logistic and manpower support for overseas projects as well?
